Re: Stag Upholstery Specialists

Hi all
South East Trimming are known to me only from their adverts in SOC Mags and
their two chapters in the Practical classics Triumph Stag restoration.
I am sure their work is very good, but there is a picture on page of a
finished seat which has some creases in the lower right squab, and a funny
hump at the top of the same panel.
Call me a fuss pot, but when my front seat has the tear repaired, and the
sponge squab side cushion replaced, I want it to look better than that. Maybe
it is just a trick of the light. Maybe with mixing old stretched materials and
new stuff that is the best you can hope to achieve, and better than most could
manage.
Oh hell, I will just save up and go for new leather all round.
Peter
