At 3000 rpm in o/d top my speedo reads about 75mph - I've checked this
against kilometre posts and other cars' speedos and the speedo reads
slightly slow - would you believe - so it looks as though you probably
have the right speedo drive ratio. I'm running on Continental
185/70x14s. Obviously, tyre size, diff ratio etc will not affect the rpm
/ indicated mph ratio as these are read from the engine / overdrive
output respectively.
