Unleaded

I know that this subject has cropped up a few times before, so I
apologise.

I am currently rebuilding my engine and before I fit the heads I
wandered if anyone had any details of modifications required for
conversion to unleaded. Eg. new valves and seats ? Just exhaust or all
valves ? If so can anyone recommend a supplier in the UK ?

Otherwise I'm tempted to just put it back together so I can get it on
the road for the first time in 12 years !
