Vacuum advance & retard

The tiny screw in the distributor base plate is supposed to be included
with the base plate, and is not available separately.

When supplies were genuine Lucas, this screw was always supplied with the
plate.  However Lucas got tired of making/supplying Stag bits and it was
left to the 'Stag Specialists' to source and supply for themselves.  This
knid of explains the missed tappings and the missing screw, can I get
anybody interested in making this?

This as we all know is very annoying.  To say nothing of lots of Stags
running around with sub-standard idling.

Short of going out and commissioning an engineering shop myself, has
anybody anywhere got any pleasant news?
