Gas out of exhaust pipes

Anyone have an idea why a 1300 Fiat would be spewing gas out of it's
tailpipe?..I thought it might be a cylinder not firing, but that's not the case.
Also, be forewarned, electrical diagnosis questions in the works..LOL
