I have installed a ham radio in my 330 i.  I have heard many stories of
BMWs' having computer problems as a result of a transmitter, but as of yet,
no one directly.

It is almost an urban myth.

Since it is likely that this group has installed a CB, business radio, or
ham rig in a BMW, has anyone seen first hand damage to a computer as a
result of the transmitter ?
