E34 seats crooked

Seems the cables in my power seats have gone awry.  Passenger seat back is 
crooked and the driver's seat also has the bottom portion crooked.  I know 
there is a website out there with the details on how to pull these apart and 
re-align the cables.  Can someone point me out to it?
