Hi Ron,

amazing how shops are quick to point to the computer.  On the
contrary, they rarely fail.  If the ICV valve is powered and
the gate fails to open without a budge, I don't see what
the computer has anything to do with it.

you've replaced just about everything except your fuel pumps.
are they ok?

one more thing to check is your fuel pump relay.  if
the contacts are pitted/corroded enough, it'll present
a voltage drop big enough to starve your fuel pumps of
enough power to run properly.  Easiest way to check is
to measure voltage at the pump(s) while the engine
is running.  They should both measure close to 12V.
