Alldata Service bulletin

I am having problems with my '89 325ix AT.  I was looking through the
Alldata website and this service bulletin caught my eye.  After the car is
warmed up, shifting at low speeds is thunky and several times I cannot put
the car into reverse.  If someone has access (and we aren't breaking any
laws) could you forward this bulletin to me?
