Spark Plug Question - Thanks

I want to thank you digest participants for helping me out with the
spark plug problem that led to my car having a strange sutter at idle. I
know now, and feel a little stupid for not, that you do not need to gap
the spark plugs for E36 M3. So, a new set of factory gapped spark plugs
solved the problem I created.
