E30 Electrical Gremlins

Got a gremlin taking about 350 milliamps out of my battery. I pulled all the
fuses but no change in current. Seems like it is caused by the OBC,  active
check panel, radio, and windshield wipers. These items usually remain on
when the ignition is turned off. Sometimes they turn off with the ignition,
and the problem is gone. I've got the Bentley, but my schematic skills have
degraded since my old nuclear navy days. Anybody got some ideas?
