its a losing battle...

Hi fellows,

I replaced my instrument's lights and tried to replace it for the a/c panel... I took it off (what a pain)...just to realize that the bulb is soldered to the circuit board... needless to say, i did not want to take the whole thing apart.
Could i maybe replace it with the newer model's (digital), i have the one with the knobs? how much? anyone out there have one?

ps. I have replaced my headlights with the european ellipsoids... wow... awsome.. the car looks and illuminates great...
I have my old headlights for sale... $100 OBO will ship anywhere in the usa for free....
