Have you replaced the fuel filter?  That's a common cause of sporadic
misses.
What plugs?  Try NGK BP6ET or BR7ET as listed for a Mazda RX7, with NGK
wires listed for older Honda 1500/1600/1800 engines.  Ignite with a Mallory
Voltmaster coil.
Also, what fuel pressure are you running? with what injectors?
What are you using for an AFM and throttle? 325i throttle? Your stock
throttle with a 325e throttle plate and the venturi bored out?  Have you
switched to a 2 liter 320i intake manifold?
What's your exhaust?  Try Stahl header made with 1 1/2 primaries and 2 1/4
outlet to any free flow muffler with 2 1/4 inlet of your choice.

These are all issues I had to work out to optimize a 2 liter on 318i
injection.  Your's will also require these items to be considered.
