Headliner stuck under sunroof on 95 M3

The piece of headliner right underneath the sunroof in my 95 M3 is stuck -
it'd either move with the sunroof when you open and close it but not move back
when the sunroof is in tilted position OR it'd be stuck at the 1/4 way back
position you normally have when the sunroof is tilted but not move to the
front when you close the sunroof. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
