I have used various dremel bits, held in my hand, not in a dremel tool,
to remove rust from chips. They have some bits with tiny little cutting
ball tips, or pointy abrasive tips that allow very precise control. Be
imaginitive. You just move the bit back and forth (i.e., you don't have
to spin 'em real fast with you finger tips!) against the rust and it
will come off.
