Books on Rust/Body Repair?

Can anyone recommend a good guide (or two) on auto body/rust repair? 
 I'd like to learn about anything from major body repair to surface 
scratches, but specifically I'd like details on removing rust and 
repainting.  Books which describe modern techniques and tools would also 
be helpful.
