Good service department in Twin Cities

Hi,

I am thinking about getting a used 5 series wagon for myself.  However, I 
have never dealt with my local BMW dealers before.  I would like to know 
if there is any good dealer in the Twin Cities area, especially the 
service department since I will need to deal with them for a long time. 
Any experience?

If my budget is around 30-33k, what model and year should I get?
