How does one remove the rear seat cushion from this car?  The battery needs 
to be replaced, but my friend can't remove the seat cushion.

This car has power rear seats, and a split bottom cushion, so the cushions 
are attached to a motorized assembly, and not simply latched down like the 
bottom cushion of an E30, E34, E36 (the cars I'm familiar with).
