E30 Clutch Pedal Sticking

Ok well I hope this is a easy fix. The car is a E30
1987 325is. But heres the problem over the last few
days my clutch pedal has been sticking. I push it in
to the floor and then release it and it only comes up
half way. But The cluctch is not slipping at all. I
think it might be that I got air in the lines and need
to bleed the clutch line. Does this sound right?
Anyone had this happen to them? Any help would be
great.

Also my alternator i noticed has play front to back.
Is there mounting bushings that go bad? the belt
doesn't have slack in it though.
