you will likely not get that much for the wheels & tires.  the going rate for a set of wheels in good condition seems
to be about $800-900.  most people (wrongly in my mind, they're perfectly accepatable street tires) consider the stock
Dunlop tires to be junk, so will not pay for them, esp with 16k miles on them.

the rear wheels will _only_ fit on an M roadster or M coupe.  their unique - 8mm - offset makes them unsuitable to any
other BMW that I know of.  they might somehoe fit onto an E34, but that wouldn't make much sense.
