E36 flat rate hours

Could someone with a flat rate book please quote the time listed for:
E36 3 series, 6 cylinder, 325, 328, //M3, etc
    A. r&r front engine cover, not including removing shroud and
radiator.
    B. replace cylinder head, valve cover, intake manifold, etc,
including only the steps to reinstall it, not to remove.
    C. install exhaust manifolds to head.
