Josh,
    Have you changed your fuel filter lately?  A clogging fuel filter
would be a simple cause.  the new symptom of the bucking would be
consistent with it clogging more.  Expect the symptoms to continue
getting worse.
    Btw, Pep Boys stocks the full line of Purolator fuel filters.  there
is a black one listed for some Pugeout that I used to use, same inlets
and outlets, about $9. in cost.
