On the 2002 models all 3 series except the ix comes
with the sports suspension. So what you get for the
sports package is:
- -Sports seats
- -3 Spoke steering
- -Wider wheels w/ performance tires instead of all
season tires
- -More aggresive front bumper.

I think that is about it.

In my opinion, If I need a all-wheel drive I'd go with
the S4 instead, It's just more car for the money. But
since I am in California and don't need a all wheel
drive car, I would choose the 330i.
