Refinishing wheels

Just goes to show, a used car dealer is a used car dealer, wheather he works
out of a trailer selling used Gremlins in plaid pants and white shoes, or
out of a tastefully appointed air-conditioned office in a Gucci suit offing
forty thousand dollar imports...

Wander around to the 'detailing' shop at most dealerships and you will still
be appaled at the 'restoration' techniques used to make a used car look
great (for about a month). The filling and spray painting of leather is a
really neat one.

I really prefer to buy from a private owner, what you see is what you get.
