Shipping BMW from Australia to UK?

I've got an E39 535i sitting in Sydney. I've been told shipping a car from
UK to Aust is reasonably inexpensive.

Further as I'm not able to sell my car without a huge difference between
payout figure on lease, and I suspect I will find it difficult to purchase a
car on finance here with no credit history, is there anyone who knows about
any potential caveats?
