Harder to read means that not only do I have to filter the digest emails (I
can't imagine reading the digest another way) so they get placed in the proper
folder within my mailbox, but I have to go through each individual email in
order to read it.  Web based message boards often list each individual part of
a thread on one easy to read page.

I used to read the digest in digest form which is even harder to read.  In
order to get to a topic you would like to read you have to page down the email
and find the topic.  There is no easy way to get to the messages you would
like to read.
