Eric,

While new to the BMW Digest, I think that you are in need of some Dali
Lama-like enlightenment on this topic, Eric. The BMW Digest is a free (that
means you aren't paying anything for it) forum, which isn't at all free to
provide to you. That means someone has to pay for it to exist, and that
someone has to do all of the administrative work in order for your
disappointment to happen.

Before you complain, have you ever considered thanking Richard Welty -
rwelty@domain.elided, who has created the software which provides you
this "harder to read" forum? He does this for a slim, or read - NO real
profit. Richard is an automotive enthusiast, and a generous one at that. He
created and administers all of the Digest's.  The BMW Digest is supported
solely by the advertisers who sign-up to support this BMW Digest. Since that
list of supporters is posted right here from time to time, you can see that
there really isn't anything approaching a profit here. If you have any doubts
about that, contact the advertisers, I'm sure they'll be happy to tell you
that they aren't lavishing their profits on Krusty Motorsports.

Now I would politely suggest that before you suggest moving this list to the
web, you do your homework, get up to speed on the software and sever
development Richard is going through on your unappreciative behalf, and
somehow become appreciative of what you truly don't deserve to criticize in
the first place.

Richard Welty, other than that I am knowledgeable and appreciative of his
efforts and history - and you would be well-served to be too.)
