[E28]Fog light wiring info

My fog lights don't work on my '87 528e.  One is broken (and I haven't
checked to see if it gets power), and the other just isn't getting power.  I
can't find anything in the Bentley about this.  Am I overlooking it?

Are there specific things I should be looking for that commonly go wrong?  I
checked the switch, and it works, although I didn't check to see if it had
voltage.  Didn't see the point since I don't know where it's supposed to
come from anyway...
