Finally got my new wiper assembly in the 325es. PITA even with the motor
out. Found out that taking the flappers that control airflow was needed to
get the wiper assembly. I removed the motor to get the old assembly out but
for install I was able to get the new assembly in with the motor one with
the flapper removed. Tomorrow the fan goes in. Hopefully this will help
someone else. Major time sink and PITA.
