Wider rear tyres

Hi everyone,

What would be pros and cons of putting wider rear tyres than front
(225/45R16 rear, 205/50R16 front) ? I'm mostly concerned about handling,
safety, driveability. My car is completely stock and is used only as a
daily driver.

Theoretically the car should understeer more (right ?). Will it make a
really big difference, or is it something you can balance with tyre
pressure ?
Has anyone of you tried this setup ? 
Any comments welcome.
