Where is the brake module? (E-36)

I've recently found that my 95 M3 has began to show symtoms of the
dreaded brake light fault.  My OBC has been showing the warning off and
on and I remember the postings describing the problem which said to
remove and resolder the circuit board controlling the brake lights.
Only problem is I do not know where it is.  Can anyone please post the
details of where it is and what is involved in repairing the unit or
pass it on to myself?
