Use a very large "easy-out" extactor. Simply insert it into the
hole where the ceramic part used to be, and slowly/carefully
unscrew the old plug.
This has happened to me, and seems to happen farely frequently
in the Bosch plug world.
Use antisieze compound when installing the new plugs.
