The ETM won't help you, not the US version at least, and I doubt you can
find a Euro one.
K9 is for a second fog light relay. Some fog light systems used a
second relay. Possibly front vs rear, can't say I've ever seen one in
real life.>
Frank Brett A is right on this one, the K9 relay is used for the
NebelschluBlicht (rear fog lights) in the European cars. Fuse socket #15 is
used for the rear fog lights. On the US cars both these sockets do not have
wires running to them because the US cars are wired differently.
