Pagid Performance Steet Pads

Available in January 99....not quite as aggressive as their Yellow, Orange,
Blue or black compounds..........and not as expensive.  Much better choice
than Metalmasters for dual use application.  Or you can use Pagid (Jurid,
Textar, etc) street pads and switch to a race compound at the track.

I've got a Viper customer with a big brake kit who does a fair amount of
racing and will be using Black pads (basically the same as the Orange
compound but with a ceramic backing for better heat insulation) at track
events and intends to use the new Pagid Performance steet compound for open
road sanctioned racing (he lives in the Southwest).  The race pads would
not get hot enough at a wide open event such as this despite the occasional
braking from high speeds (he's been clocked at 204mph with essentially a
stock motor).  SD
