George,

I thought when one has a muffler problem in Hawaii the solution was to
let it "Hang Loose"...

Seriously, when I thought I had to replace my cat/muffler (turned out
to be a small repairable leak) I went to a local Minute Muffler where
they quoted me in the neighborhood of $800 (Cdn.).

Question:  The aforementioned system is supposed to be
spec'd/warranteed for the life of the car.  I know there are hard core
"original only" parts people on this list, so if their position can be
justified, please respond.
