<E36 M3> Dinan v. Supersprint mufflers

Carl Buckland has made a great case for the Supersprint performance
muffler 
mods, promoting that we go all out on the headers and resonator, too. 
I've 
only heard of a couple of folks here who have the Dinan muffler (E36
M3). 
 Do any of you have any opinions regarding the strengths or weaknesses
of 
one versus the other?

I can't say much much for the Dinan muffler since I don't have one, but
as
I understand, it  is basically a Stock muffler with the insides modified
and
and then rewelded  together. Sounds great for those wanting to look
stock,
but also very pricey.  The Supersprint is also an expensive piece which
I 
currently have after owning the TriFlow. The Stainless construction is
excellant and I love the aggressive  looking DTM style upswept tips. The
piping is also much larger and has the  brackets to put on the heat
shield off the stock muffler. Well worth the money, and I hope to save
people some trouble by biting the bullet and getting this one if you
are thinking about a free flow exhaust and spare the money lost on the
TriFlow or Borla. Also amazing, the muffler is rediculously quiet.
Almost
like stock and VERY smooth. The sound does not burble and undulate
or resonate into the passenger compartment. One warning, you will need 
to spend a little extra on installation by a good stainless welder since
the flanges are made to mate with the Euro resonator. BMP will include
adapter flanges to weld onto the muffler to connect to the stock cat.
They are somewhat wimpy and domestic (as in US). I chose to modify
the cat side of the tubing using hefty flanges from my Supersprint
headers with plans to be able to use the resonator for the track by 
bolting onto the muffler flange which would have normally been cut
off for the adapter flages. That's another  story.
