CRAZY IDLE SPEEDS ON E36 325iC

	Guys,

	Can anybody give me any clues as to whats wrong in my E36 325i's 
	mind as the idle speeds is seriously erratic.


	If I start it cold it seems fine for about 10 mins and then all hell
	breaks loose. If I put the clutch in driving along the road the revs 
	usually idle at about 3000. This isn't very impressive when I'm waiting
	at a junction like its the start of a Grand Prix. The revs seem to 
	sometimes fix themselves for a short time and then screw up again.


	Any Clues????
