<RE>Caliper
Have you tried drilling into the broken off bolt and using and e-z out
(reverse thread) bolt extractor. They are available in different sizes
and are sold by most auto supply stores. I'd try first spraying a good
penetrating oil around the bolt to help ease it out once you get the
ez-out started. If the penetrating oil doesn't help, you might try using
heat (oxy-acetylene torch) around the `casting that the broken bolt is
stuck in. The heat could do further damage to the caliper seals, but if you
are replacing the caliper this shouldn't matter.
Hope this helps.
