Tire Dressing

     Does anyone on the digest know the ingredients
used by most car dealers to make the car tires shine so
bright.  I asked a detail shop owner but he would only
say that it was "silicone Based."  That's probably true
but the substance he showed me was blue in color; 
I've never seen blue silicone before so I take it that the
guy did not want to divulge his secret; does anyone
know the other ingredients.
