<e28> Speaker (Tweeter) Question

My '88 535i has the factory sound system, which includes the 1.5" round,
door-mounted tweeters that sit forward on the doors, almost inside the
rear-view mirror area (whew).  One of mine apparently has a lousy
connection, as car movements (braking, turning, etc) often affect the
connection, i.e. sound cuts off and on.  I have not yet attempted to pull
the grille, and was wondering if someone could tell me the easiest way to
access the speaker wire connections on these little devils. TIA
