Well I'd like to point out that any time a cop thinks that not knowing how
fast you're going is cause for a raft of BS, it's a prime indictment against
the 
present system. Personally I seldom ever know how fast I'm going, primarily
because there many more important things to keep track of, and time wasted 
keeping track of speed sebtracts from time for something worthwhile. Like
missing other objects. And I'd be willing to bet my driving record for the 
last 25 years is better than his.
   To me this fellow is a prime example why there should be no such thing 
as officer discretion, as he proves lacking in mental aquity enough to 
justify such power. That's what jury's are for, and generally they have more 
sense than that. The idea that somebody no more developed than him can effect
my life to the extent now possible is pretty neauseating, and far from what 
this country is supposed to be.(he probably doesn't know that either.)
