Since your car is used with presumably no past repair history, you have to
check a lot of things before you can locate the hesitation problem.
Since the problem is only a warm engine problem, you can eliminate the cold
start circuitry. You mentioned that the car idles Ok?
I would recommend that you check the ignition timing, the vacuum advance control,
the fuel pressure regulator, and the linearity of the air flow meter.
Also, intake valve deposits could cause this problem, but you mentioned that
you used cleaner. Was there any change in performance with the cleaner?
