<e30> Sunroof help... please!!

My sunroof all of a sudden is acting really weird.  I crank it to close
and one side prematurely starts to even with the body of the roof, causing
the rear of the sunroof panel to hit the actual roof (just one corner tho)

Any help would greatly be appreciated as I cannot close my sunroof right
now It still is like 2 inches from being closed.
