Seeking Prior "Supercharged M3" Story

Does anyone have a copy of the recent digest in which some guy told an
incredible story about how he rode in a supercharged M3 designed by a shop
in Florida (I think)?  He mentioned that he had to peel his fingers off the
dashboard and the like. 
 
Well, this weekend I was coming out of a store (in Texas) and noticed that
a blue '95 or '96 M3 had parked next to my car (way out in the boonies). 
But, I quickly noticed that it was not an ordinary M3 because it was
wearing a Dinan badge on the trunk as well as the words "SUPERCHARGED" in
little letters under the M3 badge.  Additionally, the car was sporting AC
Schnitzer rims.  I knew that whoever owned this must be serious about
cars!!   Needless to say, I waited in the lot for the owner to come back to
his car.   
 
To make a long story short, I started talking to this guy about what he had
done to his car, and what I plan on doing to my '94 325iC.  We exchanged
phone numbers so that we could swap car stuff info.  But, he was not aware
of "BMW Digest" so I told him he MUST subscribe immediately because he's
missing a lot of good stuff.  Anyway, I wanted to track down either the guy
who originally submitted the Supercharged M3 story to the digest or get a
copy of that particular volume from someone.

I would really like to share that well written story with this SUPERCHARGED
