Chris,
I live in Raleigh,NC which is about 30 miles from Durham and I can confirm
to you that they went out of business. I had a BMW from 85 - 88 and was
aware of them then, I got back into BMW's this year and can find no trace
of them. There is an expierenced BMW fellow around here that I buy parts
from that may know what happened to them...If you don't get any better
responses than this to your question, let me know and I will ask him.
