<E36>Replace '93 325is front spoiler with M3 spoiler

I am the proud owner of a 1993 325is Black/Black Automatic w/ 17" RGR Racing Dynamics on 235/45ZR17 (Dunlop D40M2's). 

Am considering replacing the front spoiler with the aggressive looking M3 spoiler. Will the M3 spoiler fit on the 325is ? What would be best way of going about getting an M3 spoiler (Black) and what would be the costs involved in getting this replaced ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
