93 BMW 318is Upgrades

Greetings to all!  I have recently purchased a used 93 BMW 318 is 5 speed
and would like to find out what are the available engine
modifications/upgrades for such a car.   Basically I looking into exhaust
upgrades, suspension upgrades and Computer chip modifications.  I am not
looking for major power gains but basically a 15-20 HP increase from the
current 138 HP.  Any tips expecially on manufacturers and cost issues would
be appreciated.
