Transmission in 750iL

There has been a significant amount of discussion about the failures
of the GM/Opel-built ZF4hp22/24 transmission(s).  Does my 1993 750iL
use this transmission?  Has there been any type of maintenance
campaign to resolve the problem(s) before a failure occurs?
