Juan:
Most every state has reciprocity agreements with each other.
The bigger problem you run afoul of is simply that under CA veh code, you
must surrender a foreign (out of state) license, when you have established
residency in Ca..such as working, establishing a residence, or titling
property..like your car here. To take a chance and then possibly get
caught, cited, and go to court, will violate your probation, cause an
additional charge of driving while suspended to be charged.....could lead
to a longer term suspension, revocation, large fine and/or jail.....the
courts in CA, in the last few years, take driving on a suspended/unlicensed
driver very seriously. I've seen arrest warrents issued in excess of
$10,000 in LA county occasionally for JUST these charges.
I just don't think that's an avenue you want to travel down.
BTW...in response to your earlier post about specs on police cars...the
State of Michigan (State Police) tests yearly most police package vehicles,
and those results are published in NIJ magazine. (National Institute of
Justice)...I don't have one in the office to get you any more info than
that, but you might be able to see if they're on the web, or call Michigan
and find out the info you need there.
Best..
