Well, guess what. They said EXACTLY the same thing in California. That accidents
would increase, and the CHP also stated a "zero tolerance" (basically no buffer
above the limit), and for the first six months so far, accidents and tickets
have dcreased. I think the revenue takers are the most unhappy about it.
